RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPRINTS
We always strive to provide the best prices and outstanding customer service. However, we understand that sometimes mistakes happen. Please read below for our policy on returns, refunds and reprints.
For any issue mentioned below, you can reach us by calling 512-897-2654 or by emailing contact@dalmatiaprinting.com with pictures of the issue.
DTF Transfers / DTF Gang Sheets, Custom Magnets, Custom Mugs
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss any concerns outlined below.
Due to the customized nature of DTF transfers, we cannot issue refunds on DTF transfers or DTF gang sheets for issues resulting from user error (ie: wrong image printed, low quality file submitted resulting in a low quality print). The same is true of custom mugs and custom magnets. However, if there is a print quality issue or defective product caused by us, we will reprint your order after we verify the issue.

Custom Bulk Orders of Apparel
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss any concerns outlined below.
Due to the customized nature of custom apparel orders, we cannot issue refunds. However, if we made an error (ie: printing a different design than what you sent, print/adherence quality), we will gladly accept responsibility and reprint any defective items in your order.
However, if you are not satisfied with the actual apparel unrelated to the print design (ie: the color/style), we cannot reprint an order for that. We also cannot reprint for user errors (ie: background on a file submitted by the customer was not transparent but the customer wanted a transparent background, dimensions of the design on the shirt matches the dimensions on the invoice that the customer approved but customer is not satisfied with the size, etc.).
